• Minimum of 3 years leading and managing product design teams.
• At least 6 years of collaborative experience with engineering, product, and research teams.
• Proven track record of utilizing end-to-end UX design and research to create exceptional web and mobile products.
• Background in growing and overseeing design teams of different levels.
• Ability to guide the team in delivering actionable insights aligned with research questions and business objectives.
• Strong decision-making skills and self-motivation.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical abilities to inspire diverse audiences with research findings.
• Skill in recognizing patterns in daily work and linking them to overarching product strategies and user experience visions.
