• We are looking for a UX/UI Designer with a strong product mindset, attention to detail, and an exceptional taste for qualitative and quantitative research and analysis.
• This position aims to turn dense functional, non-functional requirements, and organizational contexts into usable, desirable, and scalable products.
• You will not only design screens: you will provoke a transformation in how our customers operate.
• You will build solutions that elegantly respond to that complexity, orchestrating research, architecture, interaction, and validation as a true product strategist.

• Drive qualitative and quantitative research processes, translating findings into strategic user-centered design decisions.
• Design and validate complex flows through wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Apply advanced UX techniques such as journey mapping, service blueprints, card sorting, usability testing, among others, to structure robust experiences.
• Guide the definition of the interaction model by actively collaborating with Business Analysts, UI Design, UI Dev, FrontEnd, and BackEnd, ensuring a cohesive integration between experience and technology.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of design deliverables, keeping designs updated and documented for implementation.
• Identify opportunities to improve the user experience within existing or new products and propose scalable solutions in conjunction with UI Design and UI Development.
• Degree in Systems Engineering or related field
• 10 years as a UX/UI developer

• Working hours from 8:30 am to 6 pm
