UX/UI Designer

📋 Description

• Create high-quality UX design solutions using wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, and prototypes

• Implement new designs and enhance existing user interface designs

• Establish information architecture and develop sitemaps

• Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to create prototypes and wireframes

• Define design specifications and construct user interfaces

• Engage with internal and external designers

• Coordinate closely with the development team and product owner

• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, usability testing, code debugging, and software issue troubleshooting

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in web and user application design

• Proficiency in Sketch, InVision, Visio, Balsamiq, HTML, CSS, iOS, Android

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, and .Net

• Excellent debugging, analytical, and visual design skills

• Familiarity with UI/UX best practices, usability testing, and web programming

• Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and translating business goals into digital experiences

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
