Senior UX Designer

📋 Description

• Take charge of end-to-end design processes from discovery to delivery on the DTN Weather platform

• Create high-density dashboards, alert systems, and geospatial mapping workflows

• Ensure alignment between short-term UX tasks and the long-term platform vision

• Assist in transitioning from the Eco v1 design system to the Eco v2 design system

• Utilize user research and product telemetry for validating and shaping design choices

• Ensure seamless translation of designs into scalable front-end components

• Contribute reusable patterns and components to the DTN Design Registry

• Collaborate with various teams to enhance design standards

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 6 years of product design experience in SaaS or enterprise software settings

• Proficiency in designing intricate, data-heavy applications and workflows

• Strong grasp of systems thinking and component-driven design principles

• Demonstrated ability to work closely with engineering teams

• Experience in leading user research efforts and integrating insights into design choices

• Knowledge of front-end basics, including layout and responsive design principles

• Familiarity with leveraging telemetry and product analytics for design enhancements
