📋 Description

• Lead and expand a team of over 100 engineers through Directors and Sr. Directors.

• Enhance delivery predictability, engineering speed, and production excellence.

• Improve planning, estimation, and development procedures.

• Increase accountability and ownership standards.

• Cultivate strong engineering leaders and succession planning.

• Utilize Generative AI in patient and provider workflows.

• Grow AI-powered automation in chat/voice, document processing, and operational workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of software engineering experience

• At least 6 years of leadership experience in large engineering teams (50-150+ engineers)

• Proficiency in cloud-native distributed systems, preferably AWS

• Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML or GenAI solutions in live environments

• Proven track record of enhancing execution, quality, and engineering efficiency
