Senior UX Designer

📋 Description

• Develop and upkeep detailed information architecture diagrams, user journey maps, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes

• Present design iterations to internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance player experiences

• Establish and enforce design system standards for consistent touchpoints

• Advocate for accessibility best practices and inclusive design principles in all products

• Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging design practices to bring new perspectives

• Contribute to strategic design initiatives and process enhancements

• Gain a deep understanding of the lottery and real-money gaming industry design challenges and solutions

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers throughout the product development lifecycle

• Lead user research initiatives including usability testing, interviews, and behavioral analysis for customer-focused design decisions

• Work with data analysts to translate insights into user-centered and business-driven design decisions

• Utilize Figma and Adobe Creative Suite in an agile framework with regular sprint cycles

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions

• Bachelor's degree in HCI, UX Design, Graphic Design, or equivalent professional experience

• Proficiency in designing for web and mobile platforms, including native applications

• Expertise in modern design tools, especially Figma

• Experience in creating and maintaining design systems

• Strong visual design skills with focus on typography, color theory, and layout principles

• Solid foundation in user research methodologies and usability testing

• Technical understanding including HTML/CSS, design tokens, and front-end development constraints and capabilities
