• At least 3 years of experience as a UX Designer for web-based applications
• Proficient in design tools such as AdobeXD, Mural, and Invision for creating userflows, prototypes, wireframes, and mockups
• Skilled in developing UX artifacts for design research and architecture
• Experience in user research, testing designs, presenting findings, and evaluating designs using qualitative and quantitative methods
• Strong grasp of business requirements and their impact on design and user experience
• Familiarity with Atlassian suite of tools for large-scale development in a kanban or scrum environment
