• Research, design, and innovate in user-centered digital solutions.
• Lead or collaborate in complete UX design processes: research, ideation, mapping, prototyping, and validation of digital products and services.
• Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, shadowing, focus groups, etc.) to identify real opportunities and needs.
• Analyze data and opportunities through techniques like SWOT analysis, benchmarking, and mapping of "pain points".
• Map experiences: create journeys, blueprints, user flows, ecosystems, empathy maps, and persona definitions.
• Participate and/or facilitate co-creation sessions, Design Thinking workshops, and ideation workshops with multidisciplinary teams.
• Design wireframes and low, medium, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.
• Conduct and document user testing and experience analysis, iterating proposals based on results.
• Present findings, proposals, and solutions to stakeholders and business areas.
• Actively collaborate in defining roadmaps, product strategies, and customer engagement models.
• 3+ years of proven experience in digital experience, product, or service design.
• Background in Design, UX/UI, Engineering, Communication, Systems, or related fields (desirable).
• Advanced proficiency in **Figma** (mandatory) for wireframes and prototypes.
• Proficiency in collaboration tools: **Miro, Mural, Figjam, Whiteboard**.
• Experience with research/usability tools: **Optimal Workshop, Hotjar, Maze**, or equivalents.
• Strong knowledge in information architecture, journey mapping, service blueprints, design systems, persona creation, and business models.
• Flow management, user task (JBTD), gap analysis, and product/service benchmarking.
• Familiarity with project management tools: **Jira, Confluence**, and Office 365 suite.
• Desirable: previous experience in banking, fintech, or digital financial services environments.
