• Develop and manage design wireframes, style guides, and specifications
• Create UI specifications for frontend developers using available tools
• Utilize Sketch, Omnigraffle, and/or Axure as needed based on business/client requirements
• Collaborate in an agile environment to implement designed experiences effectively
• Work closely with skilled engineers to ensure usability of services and solutions
• Participate in the entire UX process from research to implementation
• 1-3 years of experience working on mid- to highly complex applications, systems, and architectures
• Experience in delivering software solutions to startups, SMBs, or corporations
• Proven ability to structure applications through content layouts and navigation design
• Strong knowledge of best practices and current trends in design
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and practice lean UX approach
• Proficient in presenting designs, receiving feedback, and articulating design decisions
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills for remote work
• Preferably familiar with Agile methods and tools like Sketch and InVision
