Senior Solution Designer – User Experience, Design

📋 Description

• Organize and lead collaborative discovery sessions and in-depth stakeholder interviews.

• Conduct user research and analyze data to create structured lifecycle and workflow models.

• Identify areas for improvement, inefficiencies, and breakdowns to suggest innovative solutions.

• Develop operational workflows and user-friendly UX/UI interfaces using Figma Make.

• Ensure all design deliverables are well-organized for easy integration into Emergent/AI tools.

• Work closely with AI and Integration Leads to validate the technical feasibility of designs.

• Advocate for usability and adoption in complex B2B settings.

• Translate qualitative insights into actionable requirements and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in UX/UI design for complex operational or enterprise workflows.

• Proficiency in process mapping and journey mapping methodologies.

• Strong skills in design tools, particularly Figma Make and Miro.

• Deep understanding of CRM, CPQ, and ERP systems.

• Ability to identify opportunities for AI-enabled workflows while adhering to data limitations.

• Proven history of creating implementation-ready designs with minimal revisions needed.

• Excellent workshop facilitation abilities and stakeholder alignment skills.

• Senior consultant background with exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
