• Take the lead in conducting a comprehensive UX review and revamp of the PIQ platform

• Transform product briefs and strategies into practical flows and interfaces

• Develop interactive prototypes and high-quality responsive web designs

• Collaborate extensively with product and engineering teams to ensure viability and alignment

• Shape the user-centered design approach for new features and platform advancement

• Contribute to design systems, interaction patterns, and visual guidelines for consistency and scalability

• Propose enhancements and enhance workflows strategically, focusing on more than just pixel-perfect designs

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated background in designing saas products, particularly dashboards

• Ideally possess over 3 years of experience, with a portfolio showcasing web-based projects

• Solid grasp of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flows

• Proficient in Figma or Cursor (or similar design/AI prototyping tools)

• Experience in translating complex data or AI-driven recommendations into user-friendly interfaces

• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to streamline complexity

• Background in ad tech or data-intensive B2B products

• Experience in developing design systems or scalable UX frameworks

• Familiarity with rapid prototyping and iterative testing

• Understanding of AI-driven UX patterns and recommendation engines

• Experience in designing multi-step workflows or intricate dashboards
