• Conceptualize, develop, and craft visually appealing, user-friendly, and adaptable user interfaces for our scheduling software on various platforms (web, mobile, tablet, etc.).
• Collaborate with diverse teams, including product managers and developers, to collect requirements and transform them into engaging design ideas.
• Perform thorough user research, including usability tests and analysis of customer feedback, to comprehend user needs, challenges, and behaviors.
• Engage in implementing the UI/UX design strategy and standards, ensuring uniformity and harmony in design elements and interactions throughout the software platform.
• Generate wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design concepts and gather input from stakeholders and end-users.
• Align design efforts with product roadmaps and development schedules by closely collaborating with product management and development teams.
• Foster a cooperative atmosphere to facilitate effective communication and sharing of information.
• Organize and execute usability tests and user research to validate design choices and incorporate data-driven enhancements to the user experience.
• Ensure that all designs adhere to accessibility standards and guidelines to deliver an inclusive and accessible experience for all users.
• Stay informed about current design trends, UI/UX methodologies, and industry best practices.
• Minimum of 5 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in the SaaS sector, with a robust portfolio showcasing successful projects and a focus on user-centric design.
• Proficient in Figma and industry-standard design tools like Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), or equivalent.
• Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and interpreting data to steer design decisions.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills regarding user interactions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to articulate design concepts and justifications to various stakeholders.
• Familiarity with web and mobile app development technologies, frameworks, and constraints.
• Creative and innovative mindset with a dedication to staying updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring designs are precise and in line with brand guidelines.
• Experience in mentoring and leading design teams is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields is preferred.
