• Minimum of 15+ years of relevant work experience
• Senior leadership experience in multi-product environments
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or relevant work experience
• Occasional travel, up to 20-25%, for key events and meetings
• Experience managing functional areas or departments
• Proven track record in designing and scaling simple, elegant systems
• Hands-on experience with AI products, understanding how AI enhances UX
• Success in collaborating with various stakeholders
• Ability to think at ecosystem and interaction levels
• Deep understanding of design systems, platforms, and product strategies
• Comfortable navigating uncertain situations and shaping direction
• Leadership style: Collaborative, direct, and opinionated
