• Actively showcase the value of design, drive feature requirements, and ensure deliverables support user needs and healthcare business objectives.
• Foster relationships and collaborate closely with Product, Business, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and efficiency.
• Prioritize user-centricity in the design process, validating requirements through understanding user needs, pain points, and mental models.
• Establish early alignment on solution direction through user flows, low-fidelity sketches, and test-and-learn cycles.

• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure UI development accuracy and quality.

• Support team-level work planning and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on scope, prioritization, and timelines.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, demonstrating design best practices and delivery discipline.
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leaders and stakeholders with clarity and accountability.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in responsive Web-based UX, UI or blended UX/UI design, with 3 years leading design projects.
• 5+ years' experience leading design strategy, workshops, and creating long-term visions.
• Strong portfolio showcasing 5+ years of delivering complex digital solutions, including experience design for internal colleague productivity.
• 2+ years of designing based on enterprise and/or third party design systems.
• 1+ years of experience with Figma design, collaboration, and delivery.
• Experience in the healthcare industry.
• Ability to develop expertise within a specific business area.
• Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
• Ability to enhance design quality and promote user-centered practices in an engineering-focused culture.
• Proven experience in leveraging qualitative and quantitative customer research to gain stakeholder support for designs.
