📋 Description

• Responsible for creating brand identities, logos, and visual identity systems for clients of the agency

• Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and advertisements

• Produce print and digital designs for various formats and platforms

• Collaborate with team members and clients to grasp brand requirements and project goals

• Utilize AI tools to generate initial design concepts and explore creative directions

• Refine AI-generated concepts using professional design skills to deliver polished final products

• Design presentation materials, pitch decks, and corporate communications

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and meeting weekly deadlines

• Create social media content templates and branded graphic assets

• Maintain brand consistency across all design materials and touchpoints

• Adapt existing designs to various formats, sizes, and platforms as required

• Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from clients and team members

• Stay updated with design trends, typography, and visual communication best practices

• Manage project timelines and provide progress updates to project managers

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of graphic design experience in startup and agency settings

• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand identity, print design, and digital graphics

• Proficient in Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and other design tools

• Experience with AI-powered design tools and willingness to incorporate them into workflow

• Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects concurrently

• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy principles

• Experience working directly with clients and professionally integrating feedback

• Knowledge of print production processes and digital design specifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a flexible schedule environment

• Strong communication skills and effective collaboration with remote teams

• Experience with white-label design work or agency client projects preferred
