Graphic UI Designer

📋 Description

• As a Designer with Shippit, you will participate in creative discussions from the outset and give feedback during planning and strategy meetings.

• Your responsibilities will span both digital and print, designing assets from social to display, real-world events, and support in the product design space.

• You will be working closely with Marketing and Product teams to bring to life campaigns and events.

• Create website assets from design to web animations.

• Create email designs for CRM programs and coordinate the creation of email templates in HTML.

• Design and develop homepages, landing pages and email concepts.

• Assist in web app design of core Shippit features.

• Create and execute concepts for digital advertising.

• Design physical assets for events, conferences and sales enablement.

• Attend weekly online design rituals.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working in a collaborative off-shore team environment.

• Be self-sufficient around implementation when designing for the Web (e.g. WordPress knowledge)

• Expertise with standard digital design tools, including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite and a bonus if Webflow is in your tool set.

• Working knowledge of CSS and HTML.

• Photo editing expertise, a plus if you have video experience.

• Strong knowledge of current digital design best practices and web production techniques.

• Experience with user-centred design.

• A good understanding of visual design principles.

• Proven digital content skills.

• Experience creating digital assets for a variety of target audiences.

• Strong portfolio showing the breadth of design capabilities.
