• As the Head of Design at Prepared, you will lead a diverse team specializing in product design, visual design, and user experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in product design, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams through growth stages in collaborative, high-performance environments, preferably in a startup or scaleup setting.

• Deep expertise in product UX and visual design systems, with a knack for guiding and learning across various disciplines.

• Capable of defining long-term vision while also providing detailed critique and input on design elements.

• Willing to take a hands-on approach when needed to drive high-priority tasks forward and support the team.

• Able to make quick decisions with limited information, ensuring quality and timely delivery of projects.

• Skilled at balancing user needs with business objectives, showcasing a holistic approach in your work.

• Experience in establishing design teams, systems, and fostering a strong design culture.

• Passion for mentoring and supporting designers, enhancing craftsmanship, and shaping the design organization's identity.

• Ability to cultivate trust, alignment, and healthy collaboration across different functions.
