• This role is based in Spain and Portugal; only candidates eligible to work in these locations will be considered.
• Residence in Spain or Portugal
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields
• 7+ years of product design experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or strategic operational capacity
• Proven track record in AI or data-driven product development is highly preferred
• Proficiency in all stages of product development, from problem definition to implementation
• Thrive in dynamic environments, adept at navigating uncertainties to deliver innovative solutions independently
• Strong belief in the value of data-driven decision-making for business success
• Team player mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and capable of working autonomously
