• Possess 3+ years of proven experience in user / UX research across consumer products, consumer insights, or product development, showcasing proficiency in qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
• Skilled in conducting comprehensive interviews, concept and usability testing, along with proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as R, STATA, or SPSS.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and analyzing surveys, conducting interviews, and translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to effectively present findings to diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and resourceful mindset suited for a dynamic startup environment, emphasizing high-quality, agile research practices.
• Capable of navigating ambiguous project scopes, providing structure to complex challenges, and aligning research goals with overarching product objectives.
• Must showcase an online research portfolio or PDF highlighting your process, case studies, examples, and specific contributions.
