• Act as the primary designer for impactful sales, marketing, and executive presentations, transforming intricate business goals into clear, captivating visual stories using data visualization and graphics in Google Slides and PowerPoint.
• Implement Hello Heart's brand identity in presentations and materials to deliver convincing, on-brand experiences for clients and prospects.
• Establish, update, and expand presentation templates, visual systems, design guidelines, and a digital design library to ensure effectiveness, scalability, and brand uniformity.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Business Development teams to grasp objectives, offer design guidance, and iterate through structured feedback loops.
• Handle multiple projects and deadlines concurrently utilizing project management tools like Asana.
• Create detailed mockups to convey presentation strategy, design direction, and storytelling methods.
• Assist in production design for print and digital marketing materials as required (e.g., direct mail, brochures, case studies, emails, white papers, and social content).
• Collaborate with fellow designers to exchange insights, enhance efficiencies, and maintain high visual and production standards.
• 3–5 years of professional design experience, specializing in presentation, deck, or marketing design (in-house or agency).
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Google Slides with a portfolio showcasing impactful presentation projects.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Figma.
• Demonstrated ability to transform data and information into compelling visual solutions.
• Experience in designing various assets including presentations, collateral, print, digital, web, and social content.
• Thorough understanding of B2B and B2C marketing and the role of design in revenue and growth.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain design decisions.
• Strong organizational skills and adept at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in a scaling or high-growth organization.
• Background in collaborating cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams.
• Familiarity with enterprise tools like Salesforce, Google Workspace, Pardot, and Asana.
