📋 Description

• In the role of Principal Product Designer, you will serve as a strategic and hands-on design leader overseeing various product areas such as risk, analytics, fraud detection, and decisioning platforms.

• Your expertise lies in transforming intricate technical and data-driven processes into refined, user-centered design solutions.

• Whether crafting a decision framework for data experts or a dashboard for fraud investigators, you will approach complex user challenges with bold curiosity, robust systems thinking, and enterprise design proficiency.

• You will take a prominent part in advancing our product design methodologies, guiding designers, and shaping the overall user experience direction within the organization.


⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 12+ years of professional background in UX/Product Design specialized in enterprise B2B software.

• Demonstrate a systems-focused mindset, showcasing the ability to manage complexity and establish meticulous, modular design frameworks and patterns.

• Show deep proficiency in Figma (preferred), prototyping, and documentation; with experience in utilizing and contributing to design systems.

• Showcase a robust portfolio featuring enterprise UX case studies, comprehensive problem-solving approaches, your decision-making methodology, and tangible results.

• Familiarity with designing for regulatory settings, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 or Section 508), and ethical UX principles.

• Capable of working independently in a complex organizational structure, while guiding other designers and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.

• Experience in mentoring or leading design teams.

• Background or strong understanding of AI/ML systems, foundational data models, fraud detection, financial decisioning products, or cloud-based platforms.

• Proficiency in Agile product development across multiple release cycles.

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, Human Factors, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Cognitive Psychology, Computer Science. (MDes, MSc, MFA, etc.) in UX, HCI, or a related field.
