• Work collaboratively with Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Scientists to shape a vision and roadmap that enhances the quality of the product experience for our customers
• Identify design and product opportunities, advocate for them across the organization, and take ownership of projects from concept to launch
• Encourage design excellence through mentoring, providing feedback, and sharing knowledge
• Maintain a customer-centric approach in every project, utilizing data, insights, and experience to make informed decisions
• Explore new design tools, methodologies, and approaches to enhance the design process and stimulate creativity
• Cultivate a culture of experimentation and creativity while fostering connections across different teams and disciplines
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant Product design experience
• Showcase a portfolio highlighting exceptional UX craftsmanship, visionary thinking, systems design, and prototyping abilities
• Proven experience as a influential design leader delivering impactful, strategic work—from long-term visions to iterative releases
• Strong design perspective and ability to balance customer needs with business objectives
• Exceptional storytelling skills and a 'show don’t tell' approach to unite teams around a common vision
• Strong motivation to continuously learn and develop, particularly in leveraging AI and emerging technologies to enhance workflow efficiency and optimize team processes
