📋 Description

• We are seeking a skilled and inquisitive Product Designer to join our team and play a key role in enhancing LaunchDarkly's Feature Management and Enterprise experiences.

• This position offers a unique chance to be at the core of our platform, designing essential tools utilized by developers and enterprise teams daily to oversee software releases.

• You will be tasked with crafting workflows that strike a balance between technical prowess and clarity, catering to users ranging from small teams to global corporations.

• Collaborating closely with fellow designers, product managers, and engineers to understand user needs and define challenges, you will deliver sophisticated and engaging solutions.

• This role is impactful, providing room for expanding your design expertise while making substantial contributions to our roadmap.

• Your role will involve actively contributing to execution through your design expertise, collaboration, and iterative approach.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a product designer, preferably in cutting-edge Enterprise SaaS software.

• Proficient in Figma and other contemporary design tools, including AI prototyping tools.

• A portfolio showcasing successful work that highlights strong problem-solving abilities, user-centric design processes, and significant outcomes (with a focus on both the Administrator and Developer personas).

• While Product Designers at LaunchDarkly take charge of the complete design of product experiences, expertise in every design skill is not expected. However, possessing a strong foundation in design skills and developing expertise in one or two specific areas is essential.

• A continuous learner, always seeking growth and enhancement in your craft.

• Capable of independently managing multiple potentially complex projects simultaneously.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in storytelling and presenting your design work effectively.
