• Minimum of 3 years of experience in consumer product/user experience design roles, showcasing thoughtful solutions for complex problems.
• Equivalent practical experience or a Bachelor's degree in a related field is required for this position.
• Strong design approach focused on user needs, creating simple and intuitive experiences.
• Ability to turn ambiguous direction into clear solutions that address user needs and business goals.
• Passion for authentication, identity, and fraud prevention practices with a willingness to learn and contribute in this area.
• Proactive in seeking feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with design systems and inclusive team environments.
• Portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and successful delivery of product experiences in a fast-paced setting.
