Product Designer II

📋 Description

• Bestow, a prominent insurance technology platform serving life insurers, is dedicated to enhancing financial stability

• This role reports to the Manager, Product Design and offers Remote (US) flexibility

• Lead the end-to-end design processes for medium to complex product features and initiatives

• Collaborate with product managers to identify problems, propose solutions, and establish success criteria

• Validate key design decisions and steer product strategy through user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis

• Develop prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and strategic UX artifacts to effectively convey your vision to stakeholders

• Work closely with engineering during implementation to maintain design integrity while considering technical limitations

• Enhance the team's design quality and provide constructive design critiques

• Promote user-centered design practices company-wide and advocate for the user perspective

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of product design experience in B2B SaaS settings

• Showcase complex problem-solving skills, systems thinking, and meticulous attention to visual details in your portfolio

• Proven track record of delivering successful products with tangible business impact

• Proficient in design and prototyping tools like Figma or Framer, and exploring AI tools in design practice

• Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously across a product area and contribute to design systems and component libraries

• Strong analytical skills and experience in using data tools for decision-making

• Excellent communication skills and success in cross-functional team environments

• Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of making decisions with incomplete information
