📋 Description

• Joining as a PD2, you will be instrumental in shaping user-friendly, top-notch experiences for event organizers and participants.

• You will become part of Eventbrite's Product Design team, a dedicated cohort of designers, researchers, and design program managers committed to delivering exceptional experiences.

• As a PD2, you will have the chance to learn from seasoned designers, guide junior designers, and foster a culture of design excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in designing for web and mobile platforms.

• Proficient in various design areas, including interaction design, visual design, and prototyping.

• Ability to think systemically and create designs for intricate workflows and interconnected product systems.

• Skilled in utilizing research, usability testing, and analytics to drive design decisions.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, involving PMs, engineers, and researchers.

• Capable of communicating design choices, receiving feedback, and uniting teams towards a common vision.

• Strong focus on craftsmanship and quality, delivering refined, scalable, and accessible designs.

• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with prototyping tools like Framer or Principle.

• Enthusiasm for learning, iteration, and continuous enhancement.
