• Independently create user interfaces for projects or features by utilizing wireframing, visual design, and prototyping, testing assumptions and outcomes, and continuously integrating feedback.
• Apply critical skills like design thinking, prototyping, and generative thinking to generate ideas and solutions to user problems.
• Cultivate a deep understanding and high level of empathy for the customer experience by determining the necessary user research or data and utilizing quantitative and qualitative insights to influence decision-making.
• Collaborate and communicate ideas effectively with developers, designers, and product managers to accomplish tasks.
• Operate efficiently within a robust and established design system while designing brand-compliant components.
• Minimum education requirement: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, or a closely related field.
• Minimum experience requirement: Two (2) years of experience in UX/Product Design with proficiency in design program tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe; information architecture interaction design; visual design and prototyping.
• Special requirement: Must successfully pass a technical interview.
