• Proficiency in designing and launching native iOS and Android apps that are widely used.
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing impactful designs, processes, sketches, collaborations, and reflections with at least two detailed case studies.
• Track record of solving complex problems, launching products, and iterating based on user feedback and data.
• Experience in conducting user research independently, including user interviews, tests, data analysis, and presenting findings to inform decision-making.
• Ability to explain design decisions to various stakeholders and a data-driven mindset for improving user experiences.
• Strong focus on providing and receiving meaningful feedback to foster personal and team growth.
