Product Designer

📋 Description

• Create intuitive UX and UI designs for valuable digital experiences that streamline and enhance interactions with Humana's customers

• Transform user insights into effective design strategies and solutions

• Engage in collaboration with various teams including product, engineering, and business to deliver exceptional designs

• Work closely with fellow designers, content strategists, UX writers, and researchers

• Identify and implement enhancements to elevate user experiences and boost engagement

• Advocate for user needs while considering business and technical limitations

• Maintain a thorough understanding of the product area, encompassing goals, audiences, roadmap, and metrics

• Partner with research and content teams to guide and refine design choices

• Contribute to initial design concepts and detailed prototypes

• Adhere to enterprise design standards and contribute to the development of the design system

• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, Interaction Designer, or similar role

• Expert proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout, component libraries, prototyping, and design systems

• Ability to create precise, production-ready designs with meticulous attention to detail

• Showcase a portfolio demonstrating strategic, user-centered design work

• Strong grasp of interaction design principles and UI patterns

• Experience designing within business, technical, and design limitations

• Proficient in creating conceptual models, user flows, design specifications, and prototypes

• Experience in user research and translating insights into impactful design solutions

• Comfortable designing with implementation in mind and collaborating effectively with developers

• Familiarity with accessibility and SEO principles
