Product Designer

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance user interfaces for web and mobile applications to improve user experience and engagement.

• Conduct thorough user research to identify pain points, preferences, and behaviors, integrating findings into design choices.

• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure effective execution of design vision.

• Apply design thinking methodologies to tackle complex design challenges and craft user-friendly solutions.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new product features and enhancements.

• Analyze user feedback and analytics regularly to inform future design enhancements.

• Maintain design consistency and coherence across all Insense platforms and touchpoints.

• Advocate for user needs by implementing user-centered design principles to address customer requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proactively identify and resolve design obstacles.

• Possess 4+ years of SaaS product design experience with a robust portfolio showcasing expertise.

• Demonstrate proficiency in UX writing, defining terminology, and crafting clear and cohesive UX copy.

• Experience in conducting user research and incorporating feedback into design decisions.

• Ability to make data-driven, user-focused design choices throughout the product lifecycle.

• Proficiency in designing and maintaining design systems for consistency across a large product.

• Work autonomously in a fully remote environment.

• Excellent communication skills and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Track record of implementing designs that positively impact business metrics.

• Experience in managing stakeholders and aligning them around design decisions.

• Bonus: Proficiency in Advanced Figma skills for scalable component libraries and interactive prototypes.

• Previous customer-facing role in customer support, account management, or sales.

• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript) and tools like Amplitude or MixPanel.
