• We are looking for a talented individual to join our internal design team, focusing on creating sleek, user-friendly interfaces.
• You will play a crucial role in guiding both the Product and Front End teams to ensure design choices are coherent and user-centric.
• Shape our design culture by incorporating design thinking, collaboration, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and fellow designers to deliver engaging and functional user experiences.
• Influence the daily interactions of users with Evergen's products.
• Minimum of 3 years of design experience, with at least 1 year in product design.
• Proficiency in UX/UI skills, encompassing visual design, layout, typography, information architecture, and user-centered design principles.
• Expertise in Figma, including designing, prototyping, and working with design systems.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG), usability best practices, and the design lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, balancing user needs with business objectives to provide practical solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, adept at guiding teams and thriving in Agile environments.
• Experience in creating process flows, sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, and other product deliverables.
• Proficient in conducting user research, usability testing, and adapting based on feedback.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating design decisions clearly.
• Familiarity with user analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics) to drive design choices.
• Experience in advanced user research, ethnographic studies, or A/B testing.
• Experience in facilitating workshops, design sprints, or co-creation sessions with stakeholders.
