• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Demonstrated exceptional design skills that exhibit thoughtfulness, refinement, and a commitment to excellence.
• Strong grasp of product strategy, considering user requirements and business implications in design decisions.
• Prior experience in enterprise settings, having contributed to at least one intricate B2B or enterprise product and understanding the complexities of designing for enterprise users.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset, adept at effective communication and championing user needs throughout all processes.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, adept at addressing uncertainties, posing pertinent inquiries, and collaborating with teammates to find solutions.
