• Display exceptional communication skills, including interacting with clients and key decision-makers.
• Exhibit strong UI and UX skills, translating data into impactful user experiences.
• Proficient in Sketch and other design tools.
• Experience in leading discovery processes and transforming insights into scalable design strategies.
• Strategic thinker adept at identifying underlying needs through insightful questioning.
• Familiarity with high-tech environments and navigating the intricacies of large organizations.
