Product Designer

📋 Description

• Develop innovative AI-driven product experiences for billing, invoicing, collections, and financial agent workflows

• Collaborate with Product Managers and engineers throughout the product development lifecycle to bring new ideas to fruition

• Define the behavior of AI workflows, including automation, user input prompts, and reasoning explanations

• Transition seamlessly from high-level concepts to detailed design work, such as creating finance co-pilot prototypes and refining invoice approval processes

• Quickly prototype and gather feedback from internal stakeholders and customers

• Participate in design reviews to help foster a strong design culture within Sequence

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Product Designer

• Proven track record of delivering B2B products, particularly in finance or workflow-intensive industries

• Comfortable working in dynamic early-stage startup environments

• Familiarity with AI tools such as Cursor, Midjourney, Figma Make, and Claude Artifacts

• Experience designing AI-native workflows and interactive systems

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and explore new interaction paradigms

• Strong emphasis on speed and impact in design work over extensive research

• Skilled in rapid prototyping and user testing with stakeholders

• Strong collaboration skills with Product Managers and engineers throughout the product development process

• Proficient in interaction design, capable of working on both broad concepts and detailed design elements
