• Mapon is currently in search of an experienced Product Designer with over 3 years of expertise to join our dynamic design team.
• Your role will be pivotal in shaping the user interface and experience of our cutting-edge IoT fleet management platform.
• This role necessitates a profound comprehension of user-centric design and the capability to develop user-friendly, scalable, and visually captivating digital products.
• Collaborate closely with diverse teams, including product owners, UX researchers, and developers, to deliver impactful solutions that cater to both user and business requirements.
• Residency in Europe (Mapon has established offices in Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, and Spain)
• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing projects in web and mobile applications
• Demonstrated expertise in crafting SaaS products
• Proficiency in Figma, encompassing the creation and maintenance of design systems
• Strong understanding of responsive design, user-centered methodologies, and interaction design
• Proficiency in user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iteration
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools for designing workflows, like ideation, prototyping, user research analysis, or content generation
• Outstanding English communication and presentation skills; prior experience in an English-speaking work environment is advantageous
• Strong collaborative and problem-solving abilities
