Product Designer – Retention

📋 Description

• Develop systems and user pathways to enhance the experiences of therapists and patients on both web and mobile platforms

• Produce prototypes and validate user journeys through thorough research and testing

• Collaborate with operational, legal, and clinical specialists to ensure practical, compliant, and impactful solutions

• Partner with Product and Tech teams to seamlessly integrate design throughout the delivery process

• Participate in design reviews, share best practices, and contribute to enhancing Unobravo’s design ethos

• Engage as a key member of a Product Trio alongside the Product Manager and Tech Lead, collectively responsible for team success

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in UX/UI design with a strong skill set

• Experience in handling multi-step workflows and interfaces with substantial data

• Skilled in prototyping, information architecture, and design systems

• Ability to balance user requirements, business objectives, and technical constraints effectively

• Exceptional collaboration and communication abilities

• Preferably experienced in healthcare, operational, or intricate service settings

• Portfolio demonstrating comprehensive product design work with tangible outcomes

• Fluency in English

• Residing in Italy or Spain

• Submission of at least one case study illustrating the process from problem identification to solution, impact, and insights
