• As a Product Designer at Secure, your role will involve maintaining a strong focus on enhancing user experience within our products and identifying strategic opportunities for enhancement.
• Collaborate closely with fellow Product Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to conduct research, define, execute, and deliver top-notch designs within your designated product domain.
• Participate in product strategy and vision discussions, ensuring alignment within the team's efforts.

• Take ownership of the entire design process, gaining a deep understanding of our products and the Jobs To Be Done (JTBDs) for our users.
• Utilize research and creativity to provide practical, sophisticated solutions for technical users, validating designs through research, user testing, and analytics.
• Collaborate with engineers on the feasibility, responsiveness, and components of designs.
• Adapt quickly to user and stakeholder feedback in an agile environment to refine and enhance designs.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to identify and prioritize new features and enhancements crucial to the success of HashiCorp customers and community.
• Utilize Hashicorp’s Helios Design System to elevate the quality of our designs.
• You should have experience as a mid-level product designer.
• Experience in designing for complex technical experiences, particularly within enterprise IT and security products, is required.
• Enjoy collaborating with a distributed remote team.

• Familiarity with or willingness to learn the key workflows of HashiCorp products (Terraform, Packer, Vagrant, Waypoint, Nomad, Vault, Boundary, Consul).
• Individual pay within the specified range will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and education/training.
• Base pay range for SF Bay Area / NYC area: $153,000 – $180,000 USD
• Base pay range for California (excluding SF Bay Area), New York (excluding NYC), Seattle Metro, Denver / Boulder Metro, Washington D.C., or Maryland: $140,300 – $165,000 USD
• Base pay range for Colorado (excluding Denver / Boulder Metro), Illinois, Minnesota, or Washington (excluding Seattle Metro): $127,500 – $150,000 USD
