📋 Description

• Prototype and validate solutions for technical and strategic product issues

• Create flows, journeys, and visual representations that connect technical decisions to user experience

• Conduct discoveries, experiments, and tests focusing on usability and perceived value

• Collaborate with engineering to anticipate technical risks and support solution feasibility

• Document standards, guidelines, and best practices to promote consistency

• Translate complex requirements (such as AI or entity logic) into actionable interactions

• Contribute insights and solutions to the RD Station design system

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in digital products closely working with technical teams

• Strong expertise in information architecture, heuristics, and usability

• Familiarity with ambiguous, complex, or technically challenging contexts

• Ability to collaborate strategically with Engineering, Product, and other areas

• Proficiency in Figma, Miro, and prototyping/documentation tools

• Good communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Autonomy to lead initiatives and facilitate decisions in interdisciplinary contexts
