• Present your vision and creative solutions to cross-functional teams with clear design rationale.
• Contribute to the development of a top-notch design system.
• Collaborate closely with the Brand team and other product design teams to ensure a seamless integration of the brand across all digital touchpoints.
• Partner with the research team to gain insights into customer behavior and validate design decisions throughout the process.
• Create interactive prototypes and micro animations that engage and captivate users.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest UX and design trends.
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Possess over 5 years of experience in designing for prominent and extensive websites.
• Proficient in digital design and marketing, preferably with a marketing/communications background.
• Strong skills in both visual design and UX principles.
• Expertise in designing for various devices, including mobile, tablet, and desktop.
• Mastery of Atomic Design and active involvement in Design System development.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience in presenting ideas and solutions to Senior management.
• Familiarity with working in a fast-paced, iterative design environment.
• Showcase a portfolio of clean and innovative work.
• Advanced level of English proficiency is essential for collaborating with US clients.
