Senior Experience Designer – Generative AI

📋 Description

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, AI researchers, and fellow designers to define exceptional user experiences

• Create visualizations and prototypes for proposed solutions at different levels of detail

• Develop and test innovative design concepts quickly, both internally and with specific clients

• Lead workshops and facilitate brainstorming sessions using design thinking methodologies

• Ensure consistency and coherence across products by adhering to design system standards

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in user experience design and research

• Proven track record of designing for complex B2B or technical platform environments

• Extensive knowledge of AEC customer workflows and a strong reputation for excellence in BIM and 3D application design

• Hands-on experience with 3D tools and building geometry workflows such as Revit, Forma, or similar tools

• Profound understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and related experience design principles
