Senior Experience Designer

📋 Description

• Create workflows, interactions, and interfaces at various levels of detail to effectively communicate with colleagues and partners

• Utilize insights from analytics and customer engagements to guide business, research, and design choices

• Organize and lead stakeholder interviews, customer interactions, and collaborative workshops

• Develop personas, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes

• Explore a wide range of opportunities in interactions and third-party technologies to enhance both employee and customer experiences

• Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, UX research, service designers, and Customer Success teams for successful product development

• Minimum of 8 years of professional UX design experience
