📋 Description

• Advocate for design direction, incorporating user needs and healthcare business objectives.

• Break down complex design and business challenges, fostering shared understanding and alignment.

• Implement Human-centered Design methodologies and choose appropriate tools for each issue.

• Collaborate on requirements creation and ensure alignment with product and engineering teams.

• Lead the development of strategic assets such as journey maps and service blueprints to guide design execution.

• Produce polished, functional user flows and UI designs for healthcare platforms.

• Develop fully functional prototypes capturing UX and business requirements.

• Design with accessibility and inclusive design principles in mind, addressing various levels of accessibility.

• Contribute to and evolve design system standards, like Figma.

• Implement consistent patterns across healthcare applications with a mobile-first approach.

• Foresee trends, document edge cases and limitations, and adjust strategy frameworks for specific needs.

• Lead evaluative research studies, from screening to analysis, generating actionable insights for UX enhancements.

• Craft and organize content for diverse healthcare platforms, choosing between reusable or custom standards.

• Adjust designs based on feedback and new insights, collaborating effectively with partners.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in user experience design.

• Proficient in design tools like Figma and design systems.

• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design and research abilities.

• Deep knowledge of accessibility, inclusive design, and mobile-first strategies.
