• We are seeking a remote Senior Product Design contractor for a six-month project starting in August 2025 until February 2026.
• The weekly commitment ranges from 20-30 hours, based on project requirements.
• Possibility of additional freelance opportunities post-contract.
• Assistance in ongoing feature launches with existing designs.
• Support for incremental product enhancements to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Full-cycle design process for new features on the H2 '25 and H1 '26 roadmap.
• Conducting rapid user research to aid feature development and address key requirements or trade-offs.
• Implementing growth hacking strategies to support GTM/PMF experiment workstreams in collaboration with our Business Operations team.
• Minimum of 5+ years of senior design experience in rapidly growing companies, with a preference for agency or freelance background.
• Enthusiasm for a temporary 20-30 hour per week contract role until February 2026.
• Prioritizing user-centric design approach for various research initiatives across our organization.
• Strong collaboration skills with EPD and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficient in managing stakeholder feedback, asking pertinent questions, and incorporating feedback effectively.
• Comfortable engaging with diverse user types across multiple products to ensure user needs are fully understood.
• Ability to utilize existing design patterns or draw inspiration from industry best practices without reinventing the wheel visually.
• Excellent judgment and skill in interpreting and applying stakeholder feedback to design decisions.
