Senior Product Designer, AI

📋 Description

• Lead the design of AI-enabled experiences that complement human interaction in therapy settings

• Focus on crafting mobile experiences for iOS and Android platforms while collaborating on cross-platform design solutions

• Develop user-centric workflows to enhance accessibility, engagement, and effectiveness of therapy sessions

• Utilize expertise in mobile design and emerging AI features to empower therapists and assist patients

• Work closely with product, engineering, and AI/ML teams to drive innovation in mental health care

• Contribute to design systems, end-to-end product design, and prototyping efforts

• Set new standards for mental health care through innovative product design

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Design with a strong portfolio of launched products

• Proven track record in designing native mobile apps for iOS and Android platforms

• Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and AI/ML teams

• Proficiency in Figma for product design, prototyping, and design system contributions

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate design decisions effectively

• Must be US-based and eligible to work in the country

• Preferred experience in AI-incorporated designs, high-trust domain interfaces, and user research integration

• Familiarity with cross-platform design systems and mobile accessibility standards

• Experience in motion design and micro-interactions for mobile applications
