•We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer who excels in Design System proficiency. As a Senior Product Designer, you will have a significant role in ensuring visual and functional coherence throughout our product by shaping and advancing our design system. Your contributions will directly influence the user experience of PandaDoc, guaranteeing that every interaction is intentional, unified, and scalable.
•As part of this position, you will be accountable for aiding in the development, documentation, and upkeep of our design system. You will collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and product managers to uphold design excellence, encourage reusability, and empower teams to create exceptional experiences efficiently and consistently.

•Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience focusing on design systems, UI frameworks, interaction design, and visual consistency within intricate product ecosystems.
•System Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of atomic design principles, modular design, and scalable UI architecture. Proficient in typography, color theory, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design. Additional points for experience in projects involving document creation, workflows, or lifecycle management.
•Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma (including variables, tokens, and libraries) with a working understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS). Experience in collaborating with engineers on implementation specifics, such as design tokens, component APIs, and handoff.
•Tools & Documentation: Experience in creating concise and sustainable design documentation that facilitates scalable usage and contribution. Familiarity with design tokens, versioning strategies, and design system tools is highly advantageous.
•Research & Validation: Capability to validate system components through real-world scenarios, assessments, and usage metrics. Comfortable integrating user feedback, accessibility evaluations, and implementation limitations into scalable pattern enhancements.
•Communication & Influence: Strong collaboration abilities with the capacity to align across design, product, and engineering teams. Able to clearly articulate design system rationale and educate teams on usage and contribution standards. Proficiency in English at B2+ level is required.
•Problem-Solving: Systematic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying inconsistencies, inefficiencies, and gaps in the system. Skilled at maintaining a balance between flexibility and consistency and guiding others to do the same.
