• Hold a minimum of 6 years of experience in Growth Design, with a track record of spearheading projects related to onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention in SaaS or enterprise settings.
• Showcase a portfolio demonstrating refined UI, robust UX strategies, and tangible impact on user behavior and business objectives.
• Proficient in AI, with hands-on involvement in designing AI-driven features and leveraging AI tools to enhance creativity and broaden design possibilities.
• Capable of thinking systematically, seamlessly transitioning between granular interaction details and overarching product structure to create cohesive user journeys.
• Embrace bold and visionary approaches, taking creative risks, exploring new horizons, and crafting engaging narratives to bring innovative ideas to fruition and inspire team collaboration.
• Operate autonomously in ambiguous environments, driven to identify issues, experiment with solutions, and deliver value without external approval.
