📋 Description

• Influence how operators discover, embrace, and enhance their utilization of MarginEdge

• Lead collaborative initiatives that drive adoption, retention, and product significance

• Develop user-centric experiences utilizing AI to uncover insights, simplify intricacies, and facilitate natural growth

• Conduct experiments to diminish obstacles and provide support, aiding operators in unlocking more value efficiently (without being intrusive)

• Manage major projects from inception to successful implementation

• Employ behavioral design and UX best practices to guide users towards purposeful actions

• Collaborate with product, marketing, engineering, and data teams to synchronize visions and propel critical projects forward

• Utilize AI-assisted design tools for rapid prototyping, idea validation, and pushing creative boundaries

• Engage in user research to unearth insights, inform decisions, and unveil new prospects

• Mentor team members to elevate standards in quality, experimentation, and customer understanding

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product/UX design, with a focus on growth or PLG strategies

• Embrace a user-centric approach emphasizing sustainable growth driven by genuine value, not just short-term gains

• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing product direction

• Familiarity with experimentation tools, growth metrics, and behavioral design principles

• Ability to navigate ambiguity, think strategically, and swiftly translate insights into actions

• Effective communicator and collaborator in dynamic team environments

• Expertise in UX patterns and the strategic acumen to apply or adapt them to meet business and user requirements

• Portfolio showcasing how your work has enhanced adoption, retention, or expansion through exceptional UX

• Nice to Have: Experience in designing AI-powered or AI-assisted workflows

• Nice to Have: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field

• Nice to Have: Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JS, Storybook, AI-assisted prototyping tools, or Jira

• Nice to Have: Experience at a venture-based startup or growth-stage company

• Nice to Have: Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry (with a passion for great food)
