• Join the Merchant Services team within HubSpot’s Commerce Payments Group as a Senior Product Designer II, shaping and scaling the end-to-end payments experience.
• Lead design for the top-of-funnel journey, making it easy for customers in the US, Canada, and UK to discover, enroll in, and use our payments tools while supporting global expansion.
• Take ownership of the payments account management experience, ensuring clarity, reliability, and seamless integration with Stripe and beyond.
• Demonstrate strong experience in delivering successful and intuitive products using industry-standard design best practices for B2B and B2C experiences.
• Have a high standard for design and design partnership, along with the ability to provide thoughtful feedback and identify efficiencies between team members' projects.
• Showcase 3-4 high-quality design projects demonstrating design strategy, storytelling, and the ability to manage complex challenges and user types effectively.
• Possess emotional intelligence and people skills to bring clarity to work and address situations with effective communication.
• Show curiosity in designing with and for AI to impact problem-solving for users and the business.
• The cash compensation includes base salary, on-target commission, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles.
• Eligible roles can also participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs).
