Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Take the lead in driving cross-squad projects that shape important customer journeys from initial concept to the final product release

• Contribute directly to small front-end changes on the UI to facilitate quick iteration and collaboration with the engineering team

• Experiment with various solutions to tackle complex UX challenges, validating assumptions through rapid experimentation and AI-supported workflows

• Enhance the visual and interaction design of our platform to ensure uniformity, accessibility, and user satisfaction

• Mentor colleagues, support team growth through feedback, critiques, and documentation

• Utilize AI tools like Figma AI or Lovable to speed up prototyping, extract insights, and enhance iteration processes

• Develop our Pluma design system with reusable components and scalable patterns that anticipate future requirements

• Work closely with the engineering team to implement high-quality, efficient, and sustainable designs

• Analyze research and behavioral data to identify pain points and opportunities throughout the customer journey

• Evaluate design success metrics related to usability, engagement, and retention

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in designing digital products (experience in SaaS or complex web applications preferred)

• Demonstrated ability to lead design initiatives involving multiple teams that deliver measurable results

• Proficiency in visual and interaction design with a keen eye for layout, hierarchy, motion, and accessibility

• Experience in building or scaling design systems as a systems thinker

• Understanding of front-end principles and technical limitations

• Familiarity with AI-enhanced tools and modern prototyping workflows

• Strong asynchronous communication skills with a focus on clear documentation, effective storytelling, and decisive action

• Proven track record of mentoring, collaborating, and influencing design teams
