• Work closely with the engineering team to deliver top-notch, efficient, and sustainable designs.
• Analyze research and behavioral data to pinpoint pain points and identify opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Evaluate design success metrics linked to usability, engagement, and retention to measure impact effectively.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in designing digital products (experience with SaaS or complex web applications is preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to lead design initiatives involving multiple teams that result in measurable outcomes.
• Proficient in visual and interaction design with a keen eye for layout, hierarchy, motion, and accessibility.
• Capable of thinking systematically with experience in creating or expanding design systems.
• Familiarity with front-end principles and understanding of technical limitations.
• Comfortable using AI-enhanced tools and modern prototyping workflows.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in asynchronous communication, clear documentation, compelling storytelling, and a focus on clarity and decisive action.
• Proven track record of mentorship, collaboration, and influence within design teams.
